Directed Energy Deposition Services
With over 25 operating DM3D systems deployed across 4 continents, we offer our customers 20+ years of tried and tested metal additive manufacturing solutions. Our powder-based multi-nozzle, multi-material additive manufacturing systems enable printing of several pounds per hour of deposition rate with the ability to print with up to 4 different metal powders in the same print.
Repair/Cladding Services
With over 25 operating DM3D systems deployed across 4 continents, we offer our customers 20+ years of tried and tested metal additive manufacturing solutions. Our closed-loop feedback system and 6-axis deposition capability can clad a thin layer of (required) expensive metal(s) onto low-cost substrates of different geometries to significantly increase the capabilities of these parts while reducing costs by up to 90%. Additionally, the process can be used on existing parts to repair and rebuild worn/damaged components that are hard to repair by welding. The process creates a true metallurgical bond and can be applied to millimeter-level precision in thickness. Cladding parts with expensive but high-performance materials offer a cost-effective solution to wear, corrosion and high-temperature challenges.
