The DM3D Robotic-based Direct Metal Deposition (DMD) Inert Chamber System is a fiber coupled diode laser system integrated with a 6 Axis industrial robot installed inside an inert chamber with glovebox for depositing complex metal alloy for research and development , manufacturing and repair under inert atmosphere. The system can be applied to the restoration of sensitive components such as turbine blades, rotating air seals, cases, shrouds, discs and stator assemblies, all of which are candidates for restoration procedures using technology due to their sophisticated metallurgy, complex design and high intrinsic cost.

The DM3D Robotic-based Direct Metal Deposition (DMD) System is a fiber coupled diode laser system integrated with 6 Axis industrial robot for depositing complex metal alloy powders on massive tool/die components for manufacture and repair in industry applications. The Robotic DMD system offers a work envelope of 1.955m x 2.14m x 330 degrees (Model 44R) or 3.2m x 3.665m x 360 degrees (Model 66R). DMD system has successfully been applied to the restorations of precision components such as stub shafts, diaphragms, trim dies and punches, turbine blades, using complex alloys such as Tool Steels, Stellites, Inconel and Titamium.

The DM3D Direct Metal Deposition (DMD) 105D is a 5 axis fiber delivered laser system for depositing complex metal alloy powders on smaller components for rapid prototyping, manufacture and repair in industry applications. The DMD 105D system offers a work envelope of 29 x 20 x 14. The system has successfully been applied to the restoration of sensitive components such as turbine blades, stub shafts, diaphragms, trim dies and punches using complex alloys such as Tool Steels, Stelllites, Inconcel and Titanium.
